            Gonna hit legs today. Try and grow these puppies!

            Squats
            1 warm up set 12-15
            1 working set 10-12
            1 set to failure 8-10

            Hack squats
            1 working set 10-13
            1 set to failure 8-10

            Leg extensions
            1 set to failure 8-10 double rest pause to failure

            Leg curls
            1 set to failure 8-10 double rest pause to failure

            Donkey calf raises
            3 x 12-15 with 150lb weight belt

            Seated calf raises
            3 x 6-8 to failure

            Standing calf raises - occlusion training
            30-25-20-15

            Possibly puke...

                  It is. Normally I do 4 sets across the board. Dropping weight and going to failure while I'm deloading. Sorry. Get my PM?

                    Today is arms. Pretty excited. 3 exercises for bis and 3 for tris. Just priming the pump for the blast.

                              I do. Sometimes ill do an exra set if pull ups and 1 arm db rows with 4 days in between (2x weekly). I love watching my back grow. I haven't busted back in about 2 weeks though due to vacation. On vacation I basically just did upper and lower body splits every other day.
