first cycle how to use hcg and arimidex on and after cycle help!

You want to do 2 shots of HCG whilst waiting for the Enanthate ester to clear.

Start PCT 10-12 days after your final Test Enan shot.

You need to take Arimidex during the 10-12 days waiting, every other day. It doesn't matter if the last dose is the first day of PCT or not.

PCT is when we use SERMS to restart endogenous testosterone, not AI's.

ok! but when is best time to start hcg ,same time with firt test injection or after 3 weeks after firts test injection and
i read something like you need to stop hcg with 6-7 days before start the pct ,its this true?

after when i done the test cycle ,hcg must continue every day until i start pct OR i need to take a short rest and take hcg every day 500 u.i for 10 days and imediatly after this 10 days start pct . If i need to take a short rest (HOW MUCH LONG?)after cycle arimidex should be not stop ? or i need to stop and arimidex and start at same time with hcg for last 10 days until i start pct?

I'd go with:

wk 1-12 Test Enan 250mg injected every 4 days. Which wil give you just under 500mg/wk.
*Arimidex 0.5mg/EOD
*HCG 500ius 2x per week or every 4 days

HCG can be ramped to 1,500ius for the final 4 shots, the final 2 shots can be when you're waiting 10-14 days for the Enanthate ester to clear. Keep using Arimidex during this time and drop it the day of PCT.

PCT

wk 1-6 Tamox 20mg/ED (40mgED first 7 days)
wk 1-6 Clomid 25mg/ED (50mg/ED first 7 days)
*LJ100 400mg/ED
*Tribulus Sopharma Only 1g/ED

hello guys , is my first cycle ever ,im 23 years old im workout hard natural for about 7 years, now is time.
my stats are 183 cm
93 kg
17-19 %bf
43 cm in arms in rest day

i read a loot and i wont to do :
12-14weeks (how is more good 12 or 14 weeks?) on 500 mg test e 2 days a week
first 6 or least 6 weeks dbol or t-bol or anavar . or d-bol first 3 weeks and last 5-6 weeks tbol or anavar ( what do you think?how is good??)
arimidex 0,5 e3d and maybe up to 0,5 eod and if i need 1mg eod or i hope not 1mg ed , i hope not becouse arimidex is expensive
hcg 500u.i weeks / 250 u.i to time /weeks
Should I take hcg on the first week or the last 6 weeks?
