For a second cycle, you can add another steroids, perhaps an oral for the first 4-6 weeks, or just do the same cycle again.

12 weeks is fine, you should take a break from it every 16-20 weeks IMO, but you're not running it that long.

i have some curiosities , how many cycle do you have done and what is the best cycle do you done until now, here Im referring to gaining quality mass and keep most of them cca 70-80 %.
and another question , do you think test is the king of steroids, and what are best steroid to stak with test and safe as possible?

Yes this is what i read , and also i read something like hcg take for long time can desensilize your cells, is 12 week a sure long time to take hcg?

12 weeks is fine, you should take a break from it every 16-20 weeks IMO, but you're not running it that long.

You dont need orals, Test Enan on its own is fine. It doesn't take 7 weeks to start working like you read on the internet, your strength, weight and muscle mass will start to increase after the first week.

You dont need orals, Test Enan on its own is fine. It doesn't take 7 weeks to start working like you read on the internet, your strength, weight and muscle mass will start to increase after the first week.

No orals, I dont like them. Bad side effects on cholesterol, live, kidneys.

If this is your first cycle you dont need an oral.

You shouldn't get signs of gyno. If you do, you have Tamox (Nolva) on hand and can increase your Arimidex dose.
