Hello everyone,
I am new here, even tho I feel like I have been here a while since I been reading threw all of the forums. I have been doing A LOT of research on my first cycle and wanted to get some feed back and make sure all of my ducks are in a row.
First off, I am 5'11'' 222lbs, about 18% bodyfat. I am 31 years old and have been lifting seriously for about 13 years. I would say I am on the verge of being a "Power builder" which I focus on the three main lifts of Bench, Squat, and Dead lift, and the basically bodybuild after that. My numbers in my opinion are decent with 600lb dead lift, 515lb squat, and 365lb Bench but I think I am hitting a wall because no matter what I feel like I am crawling when it comes to putting on more size or strength.
My cycle plan at this moment is:
1-10 weeks
Test E 200mg twice a week
Aromasin 10mg Everyday
(Can't get a hold of any HCG, so I won't be using that)
PCT will be:
1-6 weeks
Nolva 20 mg Everyday
Clomid 25 mg Everyday
Tribulus 1g Everyday
I do have issues with cystic acne, but I am on a prescription medication similar to Accutane and basically has gotten it under control. I also have issues with Anxiety and I am on 100mg of Zoloft Everyday and I feel like it is under control since I am at a more stress free job.
I work out 5 days a week:
Monday is Chest
Tuesday Legs/Abs
Wednesday Arms
Thursday Shoulders/Traps
Friday Back/Abs
Nutrition wise my calories at this moment are about 3000 a day but I plan on bumping them to 4000 for the cycle. I eat 7 times a day with a ratio of 30% protein, 35% fat, 35% carbs. While on the cycle I will up my protein to 40% and lower my fat to 25% and leave carbs at 35%.
I feel like at this moment I am a pretty good size in all areas of my body but I'm hoping with this first cycle I can break some of my strength platues and really take myself to another level. ANY AND ALL advice is appreciated. Thanks gentlemen.
