Off season goal is 200 to 220lbs. That's on a 5'4 frame....let that sink in. Going to try to eat good this bulk. Lots of whole eggs with cheese and chicken to make BBQ sandwiches with master kc bbq sauce. Tryin to hit the carb macros too. Cereal is good for that but might be too sugary. Any other ideas?

I won novice, anabolicgainz got 3rd. He looked a lot better than i expected him to. He had good size, just needed better condition. Even so, probably couldve gotten second if he posed better.
