    fml, i owe the IRS $326.00 and I made 14k last year. Awesome.

    Anyway, I joined LA Shitness. 3 years, 618 dollars or something. works out to 18/month.

    I'm back to owing my parents 926 and that doesn't include next month's rent. fml.

    Time to try to find a 2nd job for weekends. I don't mind.

    I'm sitting around 10% and 221lbs. So still down a little in weight but if I can hold here for 6 weeks and lean up, that should be perfect on schedule. Then drop some weight while maintaining muscle last 8 weeks.

    feels fine now.

    hit legs today and damn, i could barely walk after the workout. did the most i ever did for 315s. did them for 30 reps at 10 reps for each set. thanks to those new shoes. i was wearing shoes that were at least 2.5 years old. literally had holes in them and the front end of the bottom was worn out, so it wasn't good to be lifting them. but today with the new flats? damn.

    anyway, i pre cooked my meals for monday and tuesday. they were out of lean beef, so i got chicken thighs and pork ready to go.

    You can pin low amounts of steroids subcutaneous actually with no problems.

    Blood spurting out is not a problem, I had it before once where a small jet of blood spurted out about 3ft!!

    pretty sure i pinned through or in a vein cause when i pulled out, i had blood coming out like crazy. also now have a small dime size lump at inject site. hopefully its not abcess. prob pinned shallow and at subq level. not good.

    Chest training has been going well. This week's chest sesh was GOOD. Did some pause rest sets and that is def going to be a staple for me going forward. I do mostly incline work now. Incline bb and I love the hammer strength chest machine, which is phil health's fav thing. I can see why lol

    Legs have been lacking. I think I need to change gyms because their machines arn't hitting my legs like my 24 hour gym did.
