Yes, I see a lot of pro's have trainers. Phil, Jay, Kai, Wolf, Ramy, a lot, it not all of them have trainers.

I remember reading those trainers costs thousands to hire.

Have you tried preparing on your own?

I imagine its difficult, but those who can't afford it have to I guess. I assume a lot of people prepare themselves.

Is it much of an advantage having someone to guide you?

    OK cool, no problem.

Where did you get your diet and drug protocol?

Whats your daily diet look like now? Will you post it?

I do cardio year round, only a little extra during a contest prep.

Looks like I'm going to be joining LA Shitness. Driving 20 minutes to Golds after a long day of driving isn't worth it anymore. It's 45 minutes to work. At least an hour and ten back home. Just not worth my time.

I'm a member of two Golds. Da fuck.

Maybe I'll just join my old 24/7 gym but they have no squat rack lmao.

    I don't think I could ever do 4 workouts a week. I love lifting.

Would it be possible, probably not advisable, to workout twice a day on prep? Reason why that would be a bad idea is lack of carbs.

    BRB doing legs
