Having that mind to muscle connect is HUGE. I don't have it very well in my chest

Had the best chest workout in awhile tonight. Really worked hard. Oddly enough, only did 4 exercises. Dips, incline BB, hammer strength incline press, and finally cable cross overs. My fav is def the hammer strength cause my mind/muscle connection for it was insane tonight. The pump was fucking off the charts. People were mirin HARD.
I think I'm going to change my routine to having chest twice a week. Just need to figure out how.

You have it backwards in terms of importance:
1. Drugs - you won't be competitive at all without them.
2. Diet - gotta diet right, it has to be spot on bro.
3. Training - just don't get injured.
They're pricey, but seem to be worth it. I can't really afford though, so I'm doing what I can without…
I was gonna say this. I don't care how lean you wanna be, losing 5-10 lbs of muscle before the show isn't gonna look good.
THIS. Log every calorie down to the gram, measure and weigh everything. You half-ass this, and your physique will show it.
It seems you know how to dial in anyhow.

It's ok Jason, lemme piggy back off Matt for a bit and learn some more. I'm sure I'll be able to dial you in

I just put in a big order of needles lol. I'm about to make an order of prop, tren, winny, and mast. Started my diet today. I gotta start now or I'm fucking all the work I have done all year.
I'm at 14% bf and want to get to 12% before my prep. Eating about 1,600 cals at the moment, mostly lean beef. So I'm getting about 272g of protein per day at least. I'd be fine with 150 to 200. I'm not eating that much carbs at all or none. Prob a bad idea but fuck carbs.
I just hope I react well to tren at minimal dose. My supplier has made some cut blends of prop/tren or even prop/tren/mast and his peeps LOVE it. I'm talking big ass 50ml vial of 300mg/ml of tren 100/prop 75.
As for my drug protocol, I honestly want to keep it simple. Diet will take of utmost importance, next to training.
*edit* Just put in an order of prop, tren, and winny. Will be buying adex soon (I have a lot left over).

Jason looked pretty good for his show, would be have looked better with a professional doing everything? Yes. Even pros have trainers
