I just fill two pans. Cook in the oven at 400* Fahrenheit with Mrs. Dash. I put one pan on mid top and one on mid bottom. Flip at exactly 30 minutes and leave it in for another 25 minutes.

    Simple and easy.

then i just take it out of the fridge, weigh it up and eat it cold. NOT FUN

I cook mine EXACTLY the same time and I have the calculation for raw to cooked. I weigh my food as soon as it comes out the oven. 200g (raw) per meal. I freeze like 90% of it and take it out as I need it.

Thats pretty close to what I do besides the freezing part,

I just chop it all up into pieces in a large bowl and divey up my containers with the desired OZ for 2 days

I freeze it because chicken don't last all that long in the fridge.

Chicken is the only meat I dispise. I've never liked it, ever! I can do some fried chicken legs or pulley bones, but nothing else. I haveto force feed I I eat it anyother way.

What's your main source of clean protein then?

I cook 2-4 days at a time worth. I chop it into cubes, and fry it up in coconut oil with sea salt and cayenne pepper. I like to keep it simple!

i cook 3 savings packs of chicken every Saturday to get me through the week. I then weigh each breast and portion them out in Tupperware for my meals. Makes life much easier
