 I seperate out the ones for my meals at work in Tupperware with either brown rice or sweet potato and put the rest in a bigger container.  Subsititute salt with lemon juice. It works wonders. Also LTN, some salt does good, even with dieting. I use no more than a teaspoon or even half that of tablesalt a day. My sodium levels are just a tiny bit low doing this. Try using lemon juice instead though if you want.
