Do you keep them in the fridge the entire time or freeze them?

I seperate out the ones for my meals at work in Tupperware with either brown rice or sweet potato and put the rest in a bigger container. They hold just fine for seven days as long as the Tupperware is sealed tight.

Subsititute salt with lemon juice. It works wonders. Also LTN, some salt does good, even with dieting. I use no more than a teaspoon or even half that of tablesalt a day. My sodium levels are just a tiny bit low doing this. Try using lemon juice instead though if you want. It works so good!

If thawed with that many breasts ways your grill method time / temp / n flip schedule. For some reason I cam t get much higher than 425( usually only go high for red meat)

400 Degrease flip every ten minutes cook no more than 30 minutes. You can tell when the chicken is done cause the liquid from the chicken will be clear and the meat will be firm.
