I meant, how are things... Weight, training, diet, body fat, etc...

Floating between 205-210. Havent had a shot in a while so doing good maintaining i suppose. Not training too hard, just going for a pump basically. Nothing heavy yet except on deadlifts. Waiting til i go back on cycle and add the gh and slin before really killing it. Body needed a break after the bodybuilding show. Olympia 5.5 weeks out.

Yes i will do a SPF pro meet in november to get a qualifying total
