What I'd do is carry on, but not compete. Pretend you are as much as you can so you can learn from your body and go from there.
Learn so you're more prepared next time you compete.

Veins through obliques and abs are in. Still holdin in love handles though. Feeling pretty small and shriveled up lately. Guess that happens when you drop 40lbs tho huh.

Delt striations coming in good and starting to see some finger lines in glutes. Hamstrings are separated when I can flex them. Gotta work on that mind to muscle connection better
