So I have had some major bumps lately. I probably will come in last place if I even do enter the BB comp.

Delt striations coming in good and starting to see some finger lines in glutes. Hamstrings are separated when I can flex them. Gotta work on that mind to muscle connection better

Feels good to not be sick anymore and I'm slowly getting excited for the show. Bodybuilding is such a selfish sport but....I have learned quite a bit about myself through the process.

I still have a very sore throat but I'm back to eating normally. Egg whites, oatmeal, and chicken breasts. That literally has been my diet for about 2 months right there. Maybe longer. So I have 5 weeks left. Going to jumpstart my intensity as soon as my throat recovers otherwise it gets swollen during a set and can barely breath after. I have only worked out twice since last Friday. Back and Legs.
