abs are coming in good now. finally seeing solid progress there. Im hungry a lot, but i guess thats expected. Its not unbearable except right when i wake up. Cardio is only 30min a week, very manageable. Posing trunks will be here tomorrow and Ill get some pics next week wearing them. Saw lines in my hams Monday for the first time, so that was exciting. Vascularity has always been good, but its getting even better.

ahhh yeah you can totally see striation in the back, looking good keep up the good work, poses looking good too! I had much respect for the dedication it takes to achieve those goals.
Chicken and ground beef, potatoes, rice, quinoa, etc. Nothing out of ordinary for food choices. At 3600 cals right now and dropping weight pretty quick. I'm around 205
no, I wouldn't ask that of you like I said just a marco/general....maybe I used a poor choice of words. I was just was curious on your weight and cal per day. whats a main food you eat, not ur actual diet.
I'm not putting my whole diet and stack on here. Trainer costs too much to give it all out free. Plus I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate it. But I disclose what I can and try to update things. My first show, I'll be a light heavy. Gonna get more pics today actually
im eating around 5000 cal a day and its getting to the point where I dread eating! which is crazy cause im such a foodie! im starting to cut out dairy and the food is getting more bland so its rough but once I hit 250 no matter where im at in cycle ill start really cleaning up. im still allowing potatoes and heavy carb load, but here pretty soon even that's gonna taper, I refuse to put sloppy weight on! sucks when you love food so much but dread that hr mark where its time to eat! cutting dairy out is super hard for me, dairy is like my cheat meal... I love milk and cheese.... im up to 239 bf is a little higher than I like that's why dairy had to go, too many chunky monkey cals. im having a hard time loosing the fat between pecs and armpits....my avatar is when I was about 220lbs. surprising though my abs are getting sharper which is usually the other way round. my big thing right now is regulating sodium... although I don't have edema bad I usually don't carry so much fat between the pecs and pits.

We just lowered my cals some more, so I'm hoping to drop another 2lbs this week. Should start seeing some drastic mid section changes now that my upper back and quads have leaned out a good bit
whats ur macros? I mean whats your cal like right now? weight? Im not reducing cal for another 14 weeks... dreading it lol but it will be nice to have that striation again haha
