7 weeks out tomorrow. Looking on track, pretty lean. Very distinguished veins throughout arms and delts. Quads have good vascularity and starting in on hips and the "V". I'm 200.0 this morning, still haven't taken any posing pics in my trunks. They fit pretty tight, might be a little too fat for them still

Finally Matt says I'm on pace and not too fat. First week all prep. Nice heavy refeed day. Posing trunks come in Monday and we will get some more shots

abs are coming in good now. finally seeing solid progress there. Im hungry a lot, but i guess thats expected. Its not unbearable except right when i wake up. Cardio is only 30min a week, very manageable. Posing trunks will be here tomorrow and Ill get some pics next week wearing them. Saw lines in my hams Monday for the first time, so that was exciting. Vascularity has always been good, but its getting even better.

ahhh yeah you can totally see striation in the back, looking good keep up the good work, poses looking good too! I had much respect for the dedication it takes to achieve those goals.
