    I haven't changed the blend dose at all since Pat gave me his stuff. I actually am only taking 1cc of his blend and .5cc of tren. Going to up the tren soon.

    I also haven't been consistently been taking EC or clen/t3. Not wanted to since I got sick. Going to start back up asap on Monday. I find EC much more effective than clen/t3. Clen is dangerous since it can enlarge your heart and other shit.

    Right now, my focus is just getting better and restarting my diet. It was so painful to even drink my protein shakes. Shit was banana's lol

    Anyway, I'm just cutting it close to the show. I almost felt like giving up with how dreadful I felt but my family and Jason have supported me greatly in continuing my training for my first show. I want to try my best because my Grandma on my Mom's side has stage 4 lung cancer and doesn't have long to live. About 3 more months or so. Will be seeing her (hopefully) after the show in late July. I want to dedicate this to her even though I wasn't close to her at all. Even then, it's for everyone who has supported me over the years, including you Patrick.
    I'm sure you will do well in the show and will learn a lot of lessons as its your first show, everyone has to start somewhere. Keep going, we look forward to seeing the final package here.

    Dieting is hard. I'm on edge and grumpy and if I get a meal late I'm super irritable until I eat. Trainer dropped cals another 200 today and took away my weekly cheat meal. Time to suffer

    Going to start working on my posing routine to make it smooth in transition. Youtubing around for good routines and shit.

    Oh and doing 30 minutes of cardio eod of when I'm not doing legs. I do treadmill at highest incline at 2mph and it's a motherfucker. Damn calves be digging that burn toward the end.
