I love a caffeinated pre workout. I am so addicted. But I usually go with whatever is cheapest. It's easy to find pre workouts half price on clearance and shit. I just go with those.
Sometimes I wonder about that. I know what all the science says but I'm always thinking about how much damn money I spend every month so I'm always running experiments. I've cut a lot out of what I used to take and haven't noticed a huge difference. I tried not taking the pwo nitric stack for a while but I had also just gone off of a heavy cycle so I don't know if the energy drop was due to being natty or no aminos. Bad timing on my part. For now I went back to it.
I agree man. I have tried so many supplements and there is so little difference between $12 per pound whey isolate and $6 per pound whey concentrate. Save your money for more roids.
Last week or so on blast. Got my pack landing soon to cruise on. I think I'll shoot for 200 instead of 150. I could do 175 or 180 just to appease Patrick.
I just don't know why you feel the need to ignore my advice. Do 150. 200 will put you above natty range
On top of that advice, most of us have to consider the limits to our resources. Shooting less means each vial lasts longer, which means less expenditure over the course of a given year.
