Try it bro. First show is all a learning experience. That's why different divisions. Hopefully be ready for open next year. I'm around 9-10% with no drugs at the moment; but I'm down to 221lbs.

We'll see brah. I did some posing and I think I'm at 12% or 13% at least without drugs.

A guy who's in pre contest at the moment said for me to do this instead:

I would do 250mg prop, 350 npp, 350mg tren for the first 8 weeks.
Last eight weeks, 250mg prop, 350 npp, 700mg tren, 350mg mast.
At 4 weeks out, add the sdrol and winny.
At 2 weeks out, drop the prop to 175mg (25mg/day), and don't use it at all the last week before the show.

What do you guys think?

I have constant carpel tunnel. It's w/e. You'll be ok. Squat low bar across your shoulder blades. Bar shouldn't be up on your neck

Brahs, I think I have carpal tunnel syndrome. My fingers are a little bit numb as we speak. It goes numb when driving too. It might be the upright rows thats doing the damage. I may need to take a week off with ibuprofen but I don't know if that will help. Been doing some reading that truckers get CTS from just resting their wrists on the steering wheel. That fucking sucks.

It started to occur when I would sleep with my hands inside my body, crushing the circulation over night and waking up with dead hands only having to shake it to get circulation back in. I'm going to try to sleep facing up but hopefully my body doesn't unconciously go back to the other sleeping position.

My recent neck numbness or stretch/pull would explain the recent numbness in the fingers. It may be I'm putting too much pressure on the neck when I use the BB to squat. May be time to stop squatting for awhile and give hack squats a go or something.

What do brahs?

I think I pinched a nerve in my neck from doing squats. Will be avoiding squats, upright rows, and deadlifts for awhile. Going to do hack squats instead or something.

Been up to make a good excel spreadsheet of my drug protocol. It's coming along slowly before Monday.

Jason, I have been researching around. Here are a few things I found from some users for a pre contest prep drug protocol:

- It seems like some guys like to do high test for a few weeks along with maybe deca or npp.
- Some guys can't handle tren a for 16 weeks. Some think 8 week is perfect.
- William Llewellyn believes that after 10 to 12 weeks, gains come to a very slow crawl
- I even saw a few users who liked a water oral like sdrol or something 3 weeks before show
- Some like to take tren, winny, primo or mast 8 weeks out before the show after switching over from water compounds. It can be hard to lose that water retention though.


I'll be doing the bulk of my research this weekend before I start.

Had the most amazing shoulder workout in awhile and my triceps were worked pretty decently. Tried Bonk or Bang or whatever it's call for a intra workout drink to keep me going. Was pretty damn good.

About Clen/T3. I am going to use EC for two weeks, then order Clen/T3 on next paycheck. It's 2off2on anyway, so why the fuck not ya know?

Anyway, I'm going to start my prep this Monday. I'd rather do it sooner than later. I'm very excited to start this journey and hopefully place well, even at Novice. If not, that's cool ya know? I just want to at least say that I tried my best. That's all I ask of myself at this point.

It's the journey that counts, not the destination. I'll be pinning every day at 530am, eating eggs for breakfast, 2lb of beef for lunch/dinner, and maybe a protein shake. Then repeat. Going to start prepping my food into containers for the week to save on a lot of time.

My next paycheck, I'll be getting clen, T3, more mast, and caber. Then next after that is more prop/tren (I have enough to last me awhile...just stocking up).

You can pay all the way up to weigh-ins. So you can show up to weigh-ins the night before the comp and get your NPC card and pay your entry into the show. I wouldn't advise that though, better to get it ahead of time. Entry into the show is cheaper in advance too.

I think I feel confident that I can do well. Still need to bring up back a little bit more. Been working on chest hard lately on hammer machines. Had my chest workout tonight and it was pretty damn good.



I get paid this friday and will put in an order of clen/t3 asap.



I haven't personally met Pat yet. I think he underestimates my size. I just begun using AAS basically and I think I can get to a lean shape this time next year.

Should I be worried about my bp at this point? Thinking about donating blood before prep to feel better. I never did donate ANY during my fall blast.

Check your blood pressure regularly. You can get a small electronic cuff for your arm or wrist, or check on the machines at the pharmacy (if your arm still fits in it).

Prop 250 or 300 or 350 should be fine. You can play with that too. It's not like high steroid levels are gonna hurt...
