        Changes in intensity from time to time really help, IMO.

        Also, FWIW I don't think I'd hit chest 3 times a week. Twice max, recovery is important. Your chest is gonna grow when you rest it, not when it's working. With that said, You can have a chest primary session and work in a secondary chest session with a complimentary body part later in the week, giving several rest days on either side. I like to train chest with delts, as delts are a smaller body part and presses work delts as well.

        Give it a shot and give it time to work too.

          It's strange to be honest. Some weeks, I'm doing 225 just fine and then this week, I'm struggling. I think it's my diet mainly considering I eat horse shit.

          I actually spend a lot on fast food of which I should be spending on real food, like lean beef and chicken. I'd save money too.

              So I decided I am going to get a early start on my cut tonight. Ate about .7lbs of 93/7 lean beef. Going to be eating that for a few months along with some veggies to help me shit lmao.

              I feel confident already. I was spending more than I should on fast food. Like moes, zaksbys, chipotle...all fucking expensive and needless. 1lb of 93/7 lean beef for 4.50 is a fucking steal. You get over 600 calories and 4 servings of 23g of protein per each serving.

              Dat is a good deal.

                Sounds like diet is gonna be your main challenge. I see you on FB and shit, posting before and after the gym, I know you're hitting it regularly. You have all of us for gear advices. Big thing is gonna be diet.

                Fast food has its place in the offseason. Obvious advantage is that fast food is quite high in calories. I eat fast food once per week, usually at the end of the week. But never during contest prep.

                You're gonna have to buy and cook all your own food for your prep brah, so good to get in the habit now! GL man.

                  Thanks bud. I started last night. Bought 3lbs of 1lb lean beef (93/7). That's all I ate today and I feel so much more 'fuller'.

                  I can't stand eating chicken and how it gets in between your teeth. Fuck that. Lean beef is going to be my go to cutting diet.

                    • Day 2 of cut is going well. Ate 1lb of lean beef after my workout. I just hope I'm getting these gains lol

                      One thing is for sure, I am going all out on my diet to retain protein maximum. But then again, I'm only 5'4 and about 180 to 185, give or take. Prob lost a few pounds already.

                      And I won't be able to afford a significant amount of jooce till late Feb. I'll be cutting it close. I do have like 2 or 3 bottles of tren ready to go. Some prop/npp left over. Can I take test e instead of prop with tren during the prep? Just less juice to push.

                      My goal is to get below 10% before my real cut and get on that mast/test. If I can keep up this diet in a month, I'll be addicted to it and it'll be second nature for me to eat lean beef all the time. I'm a fanatic to routine, when it's going well lol.

                      Anyway, school is starting and I owe close to 1,000 bucks to my parents to pay off for it. That's why I won't be able to get some for awhile. I'll be able to afford one to two vials of test e to keep cruising on.

                      Hope everyone's training is going well.

                      Oh and Jason, once my diet is dialed down. Training and weekly drug protocol will be of utmost importance.

                      • If you already have two vials of tren, just save them for the last 4 weeks of prep. You can't substitute tren for test.

                            100 test a week and whatever beginner dosage for tren and then up the dose if comfortable.

                            Was thinking a 12 week blast. 6 for mast/test and last 6 tren/test/t3/clen and whatever have you

                            maybe even insulin lol

                              Just keep experimenting with chicken preparations. I like grilling the best, tastes good man.

                              Late Feb isn't bad. When is your contest? We gotta know when the date is so we can plan everything around that.

                              Assuming you are planning to compete in the Georgia or right around then, you're gonna wanna start most of your prep stuff at the beginning of April. So as long as you get the right gears in late Feb and budget enough for food, you will be good. I'd start tren and prop ASAP at the beginning of April. But wait to start the mast, it'll save you a little money and you can run it high for a shorter time while you're below 10%.

                              Cruise in til April 1, just make sure you can obtain gears prior to then. Like 4-5 vials tren, 1-2 test e, 3-4 prop. Don't forget clen and T3, you gotta run some shit for leaning up.

                                All that is easily affordable and obtainable. I know that mast is expensive but worth it from what I hear. By April 1st, I should have everything lined up.
