  • So my comp weight is 161 according to some dude. Fuck.

    anyway, i had a long day. kind of mad at my life so i'm going to lift anyway, even though I think i have carpal tunnel. just going to fight through the pain and probably agitate it and make it worse lol

    i'm kind of getting tired of my job. The drive to/from work is the killer and the work is very mundane.

    • 161 is being generous. You are going to lose a lot more than 10lbs. That much is water alone. Plus the 8-9% bf you will have to lose...

      I was 232 when diet started, leaner than you. And I plan to be 205 or so on stage

      • Lack of sleep (baby) and lowered cals is starting to get to me. Feeling run down and tired a lot. Taking a week off from the gym the 22-29

        • Had a decent leg workout. Got a good pump. Didn't do squats and I am pretty damn sure that's why I have been having tingling sensations. Pinched a nerve back there. Been feeling better. I'll be switching to LA Fitness for dat dere hack squat. So much hnnngggggg for dat machine.

          Also, can you get leaner/lose weight on a cruise without even trying? I barely get 6 to 7 hours of sleep and barley eat enough. I work very hard at the gym. But yet I feel smaller.

          I still haven't gotten tested for HIV yet lmao. Will do so once I have some funds sprung up.

            • It's been a very tough week for me. Worked so much. Worked 12 hours yesterday. 11 day before. 10 day before that. That doesn't include the hour drive home. Literally time consuming. Up by 5:45 every day. And I didn't eat too well late this week.

              • I do all that everyday plus have an infant and make it to gym and get my meals in. 8-7 today without even a lunch break

                • My legs are torched. Trainer bout killed me yesterday. Two more weeks til juice time. Body weight has dropped more than id like but I'm sure it'll bounce right back. Legs are looking a lot more defined and veiny. They will be first to come in for me.

                  • I looked pretty damn good later on in my cruise right before I started my prep. Was impressed that I kept pushing myself and making gains.

                    It wasn't long ago when I could barely do 225x20.

                    • For legs, I'm going to do 225 to 30 reps without stopping, ass to grass. I honestly can't wait. I can do 20 easily but at 30 or more, fatigue starts to set in.

                      Then after, some pump up work.

                      I'm going to go back to my old routine and not do 2 body parts a week. IMO that's too much and I'm too close to the show. Gotta keep it simple.

                              • Chest training has been going well. This week's chest sesh was GOOD. Did some pause rest sets and that is def going to be a staple for me going forward. I do mostly incline work now. Incline bb and I love the hammer strength chest machine, which is phil health's fav thing. I can see why lol

                                Legs have been lacking. I think I need to change gyms because their machines arn't hitting my legs like my 24 hour gym did.
