        • Rbc high like always, hematocrit barely in range. I'm draining a pint Sunday evening. Blood was drawn 24hrs from pin of sust

          • Training has been going well for me guys. Sorry I haven't checked in. Finally started clen/t3, even tho it's so late in the prep. And my doses are pretty modest to say the least and I'm still seeing amazing results. If only I did ANY cardio, would I see some real results. Going to have to now.

            Pat and Jason have been a god send in terms of giving advice. Diet has been getting better tho. I'm not looking to come first place or anything. I'm serious but I also want to have some fun. Work hard and see where this goes ya know?

                Will try to get some decent pics soonish. I can already see veins on my back. Veins have been showing like crazy everywhere else like my shins/calves, abs, and other places you otherwise would not see lol

                I just need to get a bit more conditioned. Going to ramp up the tren/mast starting June and do 1mg of adex ed. Also going to start winny soon.

                I might try DNP but IMO, it's too late in the process to do that cause from my research, it takes 3 weeks to see DNP results. Meaning, after 2 weeks of DNP, the results show on week 3, when you're not on. Even hearing horror stories of women (them using DNP is not a good idea due to their bodyfat lol) getting super hot and having to take ice baths to stop the shakes.

                Whatever it takes to shred, right brahs?

                Going to do a high volume leg sesh today. A shit ton.

                            • Going to order my posing trunks this weekend. Gotta shave my legs too. I'm fat as fuck tho

                              Going to start working on my posing routine to make it smooth in transition. Youtubing around for good routines and shit.

                              Oh and doing 30 minutes of cardio eod of when I'm not doing legs. I do treadmill at highest incline at 2mph and it's a motherfucker. Damn calves be digging that burn toward the end.
