          • Delt striations coming in good and starting to see some finger lines in glutes. Hamstrings are separated when I can flex them. Gotta work on that mind to muscle connection better

            • Having a hard time finding your blood work Pat. Also, great work. I wish I could post some pics off my phone. Really want yall to see my progress. I've been "off" now for 3 weeks and still gaining. Cruising at test/deca 150/300 weekly. Once money comes in, hitting the npp again. Love that stuff!

                • So I have had some major bumps lately. I probably will come in last place if I even do enter the BB comp.

                  • Veins through obliques and abs are in. Still holdin in love handles though. Feeling pretty small and shriveled up lately. Guess that happens when you drop 40lbs tho huh.

                      If you don't feel confident, leave it out and learn from it.

                      What I'd do is carry on, but not compete. Pretend you are as much as you can so you can learn from your body and go from there.

                      Learn so you're more prepared next time you compete.
