Had the most amazing shoulder workout in awhile and my triceps were worked pretty decently. Tried Bonk or Bang or whatever it's call for a intra workout drink to keep me going. Was pretty damn good.

Anyway, I'm going to start my prep this Monday. I'd rather do it sooner than later. I'm very excited to start this journey and hopefully place well, even at Novice. If not, that's cool ya know? I just want to at least say that I tried my best. That's all I ask of myself at this point.
It's the journey that counts, not the destination. I'll be pinning every day at 530am, eating eggs for breakfast, 2lb of beef for lunch/dinner, and maybe a protein shake. Then repeat. Going to start prepping my food into containers for the week to save on a lot of time.
My next paycheck, I'll be getting clen, T3, more mast, and caber. Then next after that is more prop/tren (I have enough to last me awhile...just stocking up).
Hope everyone's training is going well.

You can pay all the way up to weigh-ins. So you can show up to weigh-ins the night before the comp and get your NPC card and pay your entry into the show. I wouldn't advise that though, better to get it ahead of time. Check your blood pressure regularly. I haven't personally met Pat yet. I think he underestimates my size. I just begun using AAS basically and I think I can get to a lean shape this time next year.

Should I be worried about my bp at this point? Thinking about donating blood before prep to feel better. I never did donate ANY during my fall blast.
Prop 250 or 300 or 350 should be fine. You can play with that too. It's not like high steroid levels are gonna hurt...

I don't underestimate your size. You have good size. That won't mean shit if you can't diet. I doubt your discipline to make all your food and eat consistently like you'll have to. I HOPE you prove me wrong, honestly. But everytime I talk to you about your diet you're eating bullshit, don't track your calories, don't weigh your food. There's a big difference in getting abs and being show ready. Very different things

I think I feel confident that I can do well. Still need to bring up back a little bit more. Been working on chest hard lately on hammer machines. Way too soon to say if Patrick is peaking too early. He and his coach will make appropriate alterations as time goes by too.
For my money, I'd rather be ready early and in shape too soon and dial up the carbs or something than to be 1 week out and still too unconditioned.
I don't think the cranberry extract will do shit to be honest, and liv 52 might be worthwhile, but honestly there's not much out there that will help more than a little. Hawthorn berry extract and milk thistle maybe.
Feel the tren out brah. Start off 50-70 mg daily and take it week by week, increasing if you feel good about it. As much as people say tren fucks with you, and it does have a nice impact on the organs and cholesterol and BP, I really haven't ever had any bad sides. Even at 125+ mg daily, I sweat a little at night but otherwise I don't get why others say it's so bad for sides. You might find it agrees with you as well.

Also, would taking cranberry extract or liv 52 help while taking tren? Just curious considering some users have taken it and it helping a little. It'll mostly be down to drinking at LEAST a gallon of water a day to help. Maybe taurine to help too?

IMO I think you're peaking too early. For me, I think 16 weeks is a enough time to get my BF down to a good condition for a show.
